The intervierw process was a 2 week process that was very odd. In the beginning it was quite predictable, but then I received an email before the day of my second interview that the position was filled. After canceling the interview i received another email about them wanting to interview me which was very weird. When I asked about it my interviewer was just as confused as I was.
After passing all three interviews and giving them my references I was given a verbal offer and a start date of when my training would begin. After that conversation they went radio silent for a week with no further instructions given to me. It wasn't until I emailed the director of admissions that I received a phone call hours later that my offer was revoked due to my hire not being approved by the CEO. It was very disheartening to not be hired, but maddening that I was ignored and not notified until I reached out myself.

Initial call with a recruiter, Victor went very well, from there I completed a behavioral analysis, then interviewed with a lead admissions rep. From there she gave a glowing review and I was asked for references. The recruiter then calls me to give a verbal offer, I accept and he stated he would pass it to HR for approval. A few hours later I am called backed and offered $2k less than what was originally communicated. I accepted and he said he would send it to HR for approval. A week later he calls back and tells me they decided to go with different candidates. This is following several rounds of requesting me to change information on my LinkedIn, remove my open to work banner, and a VERBAL OFFER. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and ethics. What kind of mental health company treats candidates this way?

Describe a time when you had to provide a solution.
Interview process was pretty smooth. They provided a lot of great information. Went over salary as well. My interviewer was super friendly. I would do the interview all over again!

Had a great initial meeting with their recruiter, got through all the rounds. I didn’t do my best and hit a wall with my final interview. My big problem was that they just ghosted me and only let me know I didn’t get the job after I emailed twice asking. When I then asked what I could do better in the future or for feedback I still got none… then another week after that I got a request to review their process.
