The first thing is applying through the company site. If you are eligible they will send a link for a virtual interview (no worries they let you practice first!). It took about a month for them to contact me back for a in person interview. When I finally got a date and went I was interviewed by two managers. It was quite easy.

Can you describe a time where you had a customer that had a problem? How did you handle the customer? what was the end result?
They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.

Entrevista
Timely interview with recruiter and branch manager both were great. Asked about work history and gave a great rundown on daily expectations. The branch manager was nice and very forward on how she wants her branch ran.

How do I maintain in a fast paced environment. For me it was simple coming from wireless communications. It’s always busy and serve a lot of customers.
phone then in person interview, all behavioral questions about teller work. was not too hard, just have some answers prepared before coming in and or having the phone interview, good luck!
