This was far from a typical interview, they interview you via video. You must dress professional as you would if you went to a face to face interview, the video then gets sent to all the managers and who ever else participates in The hiring process. I don't want to toot my own horn but I do very very well with interviews...this one, not so much. I even used the "practice" questions and when I thought I had it down I choked on the very first question. There was a total of 15, it was extremely awkward because you feel like your talking to yourself. The video quality was horrible. This was not an effective way to interview because if you're anything like me and camera shy, you'll get nervous and choke and there's no editing or re-recording. This method of an interview doesn't effectively allow the managers to see the real you, only thing they get to see is how camera shy you really are, but not how you would actually interact with a person face to face. I of course bombed it so I'm not expecting a call back to move forward.
