Application processes was a bit detached..there was some confusion with the HRIS system. Was contacted by a person for an initial screening that was not a recruiter. Person was very condescending in tone.

Textbook or "googled" question list. Some situational questions, but felt more like an interrogation instead of an interview. I would highly recommend that they build a diverse recruitment team and include pay in the job postings.
