I was interviewed there and told by HR that you are got selected. All your rounds are completed just one online test left that will be in next day. Even salary discussion was done. But they didn't reply for 3-4 days. I called them back they didn't respond. Then the told our CEO is USA, we need to confirm with them and expedite the process. But they never call back. But now when i go through the comments and reviews, i am very happy they didn't call. HRs job is to call some different faces for the interview and increase you number of count. Even if you say i am not prepared, they will say don't worry come today for the interview, i promise i will give you another chance if you fails. Advice for HRs - Time of others have the same value as your (your might not be). So don't waste others time for save your job. Advice to Candidate: - if you don't have any other choice to work.. Go there.. Otherwise if you are technically sound... There are lots of opportunities in the market.
