phone interview: Why do you choose this position in the company? Asked some basic information about technical skills. What is my expectation about salary (salary range) work authorization. sponsor or not? relocation. remote/hybired

Phone call with HR, second round interview, then final interview (3 interviews, each 30 minutes long). Got great feedback during my interviews and was told I'd be hearing back from HR "very soon" and that it wouldn't take "weeks and weeks". Fast forward a week, I send a follow-up email asking for any updates to the woman in HR who had originally contacted me. Fast forward another week, and still no response. The interview process was fine but I cannot stress enough how unprofessional it is to ghost candidates after promising communication. It's incredibly easy to send a rejection email and doesn't leave hopeful candidates in limbo waiting for a response. Definitely changed my opinion of the company. Overall very frustrating and disappointing experience.
