Been a while since I was "hired"... but I'll say as much as I can remember. Initial interview was pretty straightforward. You need to have a pretty clean driving record, a specific insurance coverage, decent vehicle, and the better knowledge of Chicago and surrounding area, the better for earning potential. Ther was a "test" where you needed to match up locations as best as you were able to on a map. Not sure if that's used anymore.
