First interview went great and I met all the credentials and more. I was given a date to come back for a "group" interview which was a second interview one on one and no group. It was awkward and uncomfortable and felt like I was being judged based of my appearance not knowing at the time the company is family owned and Christian. They frown upon tattoos which to them is a sin and see people as bad people who have them.

zoom meeting where they asked me questions about my strengths and weaknesses and what i bring. It was easy and they hired me. They asked about how i would represent them and why I wanted to work there.

The interview process was really fast paced. Got called for an interview and immediately hired and started working in a span of a week. They asked really great questions if anything they offered concerned me before getting hired on. Communicating were great

The interview process is very easy and doesn’t require much preparation. Just be yourself, stay confident, and smile. They mainly want to see how well you work with others, communicate in a team environment, and handle pressure in fast-paced situations.
