There was not much of an interview process at all. you will be asked if you are comfortable with talking phone calls and dealing with customers. Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment is a must, as it gets really busy at times.

It was very welcoming and straightforward. They explained things well and the dialogue was good. This was back when I was in high school. They are still there but I left.
