the first stage is the application question, they screen through it and selectively send out hirevue invitations, finally, top candidates will be invited to the final assessment day
the hirevue was alright, just classic questions
the final assessments consist of a lot of different tasks so get good rest before it and be prepared and open-minded for whatever that comes up

what interests you about the program and what do you plan to do with it after the 18-month is up
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.

Entrevista
You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
