In the challenging reality of today’s job market, Cin7’s recruitment process stood out as structured, transparent and genuinely candidate-focused.
From the outset, there was clear communication around timelines, expectations and next steps, which made the entire experience feel organised and respectful of my time. Jessica, Head of Talent Acquisition, was particularly impressive in this regard. She consistently provided timely updates, kept me informed at every stage and guided me through the process with clarity and professionalism.
The interview process consisted of 6 calls with various stakeholders across the business, with each stage building on the last.
Overall, it was a well-run, transparent and positive candidate experience.
