The process took almost 3 weeks until signing the contract. I interviewed at Cinemo in May 2023. First call was with the HR, a Technical lead and the Director. It was a very smooth interview. They made me very comfortable and it was more like a chit chat than an interview. They mostly asked me about my current project and all the technologies and processes I work on. Then there was a Trial day which took almost 5 hours - solve a particluar technical task, present to a technical panel of 3. The questions were mostly from the code that you have written. Then they called me for the final round with HR director after the successful trial day. The HR Director was very sweet and gave me the offer. I have signed the offer and will be joining soon if everything else goes well.

Interview process included a couple of stages, during this stages you become acquainted with team with different people in company. Feels nice, like a small excursion through different layers of the company. Technical side of the interview is fair enough, you may expect something related to company domain. No "book-worming" on technical interviews, all talks were lovely and without extra pressure.
