Got a call a day or two later asking to come in for a general interview. Sat with the hiring manager and someone else, both were real nice. Asked why Circle K. I only had one job prior but she said "I was qualified." I request a specific store and she told me to go approach the manager to that store personally. Had to retake the annoying personality test. Called back a day or so later asked me to come in for another interview with the District boss and the manager of the store. Was given a training day after filling out some paper work with another employee. Pretty easy all around, but sometimes if the store is not hiring, you might have to reapply.
