I applied through the company website for the training program and got the call after a month from the recruiter. In between there was a online meeting where they explained about the position and the interview process. Got a call from the recruiter for the first round of interview.

Overall the process is good, you have to be confident and prepare the visual presentation with the structure and mainly - asking the right questions for identifying the best solution

It was good but very lengthy. I had 6 interviews and the process took a long time. Many different stakeholders. Last interview was a panel interview with role play which lasted about an hour
