Contacted by recruiter for the role and had a Webex call with the hiring manager which I had to take late in the evening time (UK) as they were based in San Diego. The call with the hiring manager was brief - and was a conversation about the role. I was told I would hear back from the recruiter but never heard back anything even after chasing up.
Interviewer was late. Made me download the Cisco video calling app that wasn't working. Didn't know who I was prior to getting onto the call and it was clear they had no idea what my work was like. Could see the interviewer rush to look through all my documents in the reflection of their glasses during our call.
