Entrevista
Started with a short 15 Minute phone Interview. They ask you to tell them what you know about Citco (I.e what do they do). They ask you to define a few terms (mutual fund, hedge fund, long, short, future, option). They ask whats the difference between a future and an option. They also asked where do you think you will be in 5 years and why do you want to work for them. I was surprised the salary was little low 30k and they mentioned overtime and starting at 7am.

Entrevista
After entering the building, security guards guided to the floor where the interview is conducted. They gave the token and visitor id card and told to wait in a room. After sometime one person came in to collect the resume and escorted to the interview area. One by one they started calling the names for the interview.

Entrevista
The interview process involved two rounds focusing on my technical knowledge and communication skills. Both the interviewers were supportive, encouraged and asked relevant questions and assessed my understanding of financial concepts and problem solving abilities.
interview process was good and the questions are not very difficult it is from low to medium mostly ask from jd and check your general knowledge in short and prepare a little about interpersonal question as well
