I got interviewed at 20th apr 2013, they called back confirmed offer at 22nd apr 2013
Phone interview question: why citi, why teller, how you handle several tasks and how do you priorty them, what s your expext salary。 phone interview tooks abt 30min, hints, prepare answer ahead be4 they called.
Branch manager n branch manager assistant interview question: tell me about yourself, how did u handle angry customer and give example how you solve it, have u ever meet goals which dispatch by ur team member, scenario if u hav to sell 30 credit card in month, likely you have 10days left, but you only have 19, what r u going to do? What is ur ideal job.... ? Have you ever do the comparison for sales goal? How did u achieve it?

Interviewer felt unprepared and had trouble connecting to other managers via zoom (don't understand why there had to be a total of like 5 managers who work for different locations present as well). Asked generic interview questions, lasting a total of 20-25 minutes.
