Entrevista
It was alright. The assistant manager interviewed me. She asked me about my past work experiences. She told me what the responsibilities of the teller was, and if I was okay with it. Asked me questions about certain situations in dealing with customers, and my history in regards to selling products/services.

Describe a difficult situation with a customer and how you handled it.
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Are you able to work on most Saturdays? What is your availability
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
