Interview process was extremely organized. The recruiters want to make sure that in addition to the applicant being a good fit with the company culture, that the company is a good fit for the applicant as well. The more information the recruiters gave me, the more excited I was to be considered by them. Katie Gottlieb is the Director of Recruiting. Katie and her team are the most professional, personable and informative recruiters I have interviewed with during my entire career.
