it's a 3 stage interview process. There is a video interview with the recruiter, then they have you do an assessment, then you have an interview with a VP. Then after all that they ghost you. If a candidate has gone through all that a simple email letting them know they are going in another direction is the least they can do. Even after contacting recruiter by email 2 times no response. Also, the pay they advertised not what it actually was.

Put my resume in and receive an email within a week. Interviewed with an owner my first round. The owner was very transparent of the daily expectations and also thoroughly went over compensation.

This is a complete waste of your time! The recruiter told me that this was a corporate job located in Palm Beach, Florida and it turned out to be a franchise with new management who are clueless on the sales process and believe you can go knocking door to door to find business like the 1990s. They have no technology (Zoom information) etc to make a candidate successful. It is a revolving door as others have stated. Work hard, find new business, and then be fired. It's not a professional sales environment.
