Entrevista
There are three phases to the interview process. The first phase started with a phone interview. The second is a 2:1 interview with mid-level management. The last interview is with the executive management of the company.
The phone interview was pleasant lasting about 15 minutes or so. The questions were technicial in natural covering things such as accounting procedures with no situational or behavioral questions.
I was then contacted for a second phase of the process, the 2:1 interview to be held at thier Boise office. From my personal experience and talking to others who had gone through the same interview process, I believe the second and thrid phase of the interview process are designed to be stressful on the candidate. The questions from the interview were both technicial and situational. The technical questions were broad but they wanted specific answers to them and after I responded they would try to find weaknesses in the response. I believe they did this in order to observe my behavior under stress and how confident I was in my answers. This is also how the conducted their siutational questions as well. The overall interview was about an hour long and I wasn't connected for a thrid interview.

The interview has three rounds, some logic questions, behavioral and experience problem. Some example like your internship, working experience and some probability problem, overall not rly hard . It was a good experience

There was a long process with a lot of steps to get to the final interview, and once the final interview had taken place the wait time to hear back was rather extensive.

One on one interview, got it through a recruiter - was told there would be one interviewer beforehand , however four appeared in the actual interview. I asked if I can take notes to answer long questions piecemeal(which is a fairly standard practice and is welcome in most places), however was told that this wasn't allowed.

Background and technical questions - some reading material was provided through the recruiter however it looked hugely out of date. No competency and soft skills related questions were asked. Interviewers seemed to be more interested in knowing if you knew the industry jargon - which can be learnt easily on the job.
