I first applied online in December, I had a phone interview in February and then I had an in person interview in April. Then it took the Clinic nearly a month before they formally offered me the job. The supervisor who hired me would call me twice a week to see if I had heard anything from HR yet. HR took so long to offer me the position I almost gave up.
