Interview process started with hiring manager phone screen involving mixture of soft skill, behavioral and technical questions. Next level involved 3 separate interviews checking technical, system design and leadership skills. After that I was given an offer in next 3 days

I talked to the hiring manager, and a group of company leaders. Everyone is open-minded, friendly and super smart. This is a group of very sharp people.
