Horrible process! They chased me, called and sent email that they wanted to employ me. VI did the test and interview and they had no decency to inform me om their decision! This was over 2 months ago! I wouldn't want to work with an employer that has poor communication skills.

I was contacted for the role by B&CE themselves. Salary requirement was outlined from the start. Recruitment and the manager I had an interview with stated that salary was no issue. Following the interview, I received no contact from B&CE. I contacted them for an update and was told the salary expections were too high. The salary expected was also lower than the salary advertised.
