I went to a pool drive where I got to sit for the hiring procedure of this company.First of all they asked us to give a pen and paper exam which had 3 different sections-technical ,general aptitude and reasoning. And along with that they gave two coding questions to solve which were quite easy to solve.You need to practise some programs from internet or books before going to campusing and you will crack it easily.They provide 45 minutes for this exam.After that in second round they will ask some technical questions and this is the major eliminating round .I was eliminated from this round.If you clear this round even they will call you for other coding round in which they will ask you to solve 3 big programs..and among which if even two will get compile they might hire you.Then they will call you for a meeting with the director Mr Manoj Agarwal where he would provide the candidate with the offering letter.If one is really interested about coding he/she might get a job in this company . The hiring commitee were really good and it was overall a good experience for me.

The selection process includes an online Aptitude Test and Technical Test, followed by three rounds of Technical Interviews conducted at the CK Office, and concludes with an HR Interview, also held at the CK Office.
