Thanks for your time to post your thoughts. Firstly, I would like to register my agreement with your comments above and confirm that our Interview rounds are not easy. We do conduct multiple technical rounds as well as HRs to ensure that we hire the best fit to the company needs.
Also, it is clearly declared in our Interview process that you need to come to our office premises for the final CEO round which is taken by the Director of the company himself.
As you may see, we are equally devoting our time with you throughout the process and it is not a one sided hard work which you put in.
Having said that, there are few things I would like to disagree with. First, we don't send emails to the students as it is the responsibility of the college to communicate to you. We give due amount of time to communicate the same. It is not known to us that how early or late the college responds to you.
Also, I would strongly like to register my disagreement to the thought that we humiliate any of the candidates. We have nothing personal with you or anybody, but we take our time to assess the candidate before taking a final call and it is unbiasedly similar for everybody who appears for the interview.
As you rightly wrote, that you were given a reason before you were asked to leave. That is a standard process we follow and there is nothing humiliating about it.
I feel bad that you did not had a good experience in our office. The fact remains that not all candidates gets selected in an interview and it is truly tough for us as well to ask you to LEAVE FOR THE DAY.
