Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Cloudera (Austin, TX) em set. de 2016
Entrevista
The entire interview process was extremely organized and generally very pleasant. A recruiting coordinator reached out to me and scheduled a 15 minute talk with their internal recruiter. The recruiter and I had a conversation about Cloudera and my experience, and she sent me several resources to review. I loved that it felt like the recruiter was "on my team" and helped me out immensely. I then had a Google Hangouts interview with one of the managers for the position, and after that was scheduled to come in for a 3-on-1 interview with the 3 sales managers in the Austin office.
Once in Austin, the recruiting coordinator and the recruiter showed me around the office and talked with me before the interview to make me feel welcome, and the interview was like most interviews you'll have at any company. One of the managers was on their phone the whole time, leaving at one point halfway through, and seemed very uninterested. Though to their credit, this manager was the one I already had the Google Hangout interview with, and had probably asked all the questions they wanted. The recruiter said the managers were impressed and I should hear back from them in about a week. When I reached out to the recruiter, she told me the sales manager hiring for the position was unsure if I was "passionate" about the position and was interviewing other candidates. That Friday afternoon, the recruiter texted me to tell me they went with another candidate.
TL;DR:
-Cloudera had the most organized interview process I've ever experienced. The fact that the recruiters are "on your side" is uplifting and very helpful
-To Candidates: Make sure you can accurately explain what Cloudera as a company does, and apparently make sure your passion comes across
-My only advice to the Cloudera Team would be to call rejected candidates instead of sending a misspelled text - this felt very unprofessional and a call or email would have been much better
-Overall an incredibly impressive company - any one would be lucky to work here!

Entrevista
The company was very welcoming, the HR colleague showed me the way to a meeting room and offered beverages. After a few minutes, the manager of the team where I applied for a position came and we had an hour long interview, where we talked through my career and about the company as well. The conversation was opened and it was very responsive to my questions also.
