Entrevista
Never ending.... I held 5 Interviews in total over 6 week period. Initially, a HR/recruitment interview followed by peer interview with an SDM in another country, which was followed up with Interviews with EMEA practice lead and MD. At which stage I informed the company of 2 offers I had with other employers, I was advised there would be another 3 interview before a decision on an offer would be made. At which point I informed them I would be accepting another offer.

Entrevista
Phone interviews with recruiter and peer, then on site interview series in NY office. Two more phone interviews the following week. All interviews were fair and friendly. Entire process was efficient and quick. The recruiter called me, only two days after the final phone interview, to let me know I was not selected. The recruiter was on the ball.

Entrevista
Overall a great experience, there are very well organized and everybody right from Recruiters to Interview panel members take pride in participating in this process, it was indeed an exceptional experience.I applied online but I also had an internal referral, it starts with a conversation with the Recruiter and then a telephonic round with one of the directors. After that 4 more rounds onsite with peers, managers and directors(one on one rounds).
