Went through the whole process. Took time out to meet team and management. Heard nothing for weeks and weeks despite contacting the cork sales recruiter many times. She never said anything. Out of the blue, after I got another role elsewhere she contacted me. Felt like a second choice and it wasn't a professional experience. Really missing communication and a good candidate experience.

Applied through a university website. Requested a skype interview. Told me straight out that I was not meant for sales. The interview took about ten minutes because she wasted no time telling me I was not right for the position.
