The first few rounds are with the colleagues who you will be working with. They might ask questions about your experience, behavioral questions, and situational questions.
Next will be a written test where you will need to edit an article as per the guidelines provided..This is key to your selection to the next round.
The next round is with the manager who will ask about your experience and why you are looking for a change. This can be a long session; mine was about an hour.
The next round is with a senior member from Frontline Support who will ask you questions on different terms related to Hadoop and check your understanding.
This is followed by the Director round which will be technical as well as behavioral. Once you clear this, you'll talk to the HR which will be normal discussion about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, what you know of Cloudera, and other typical behavioral questions followed by CTC discussions.
