Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela CoStar Group (Washington, DC) em mar. de 2013
Entrevista
First step was a brief phone interview and then an on-campus one on one interview. The on campus interview had a series of behavioral questions, which the interviewer would let you pass on one if you felt it did not apply to any experiences you may have had given that it is an entry level position. The final step was a full day interview at the CoStar HQ. This was a very planned out recruiting day, with tours of the building, two interviews, panel discussions, and a side by side with a current research associate where you watched what they do and then make a mock phone call.

Questions were very behavioral based, and the interviews at the HQ had conversational flow to it.

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

I was asked about recruitment processes. Follow the status quo or define a new SOP?

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
