Hiring process was very satisfying. The panel was very genuine and were keen on knowing the IQ rather than knowing the mugging capabilities. The technical round was specially very satisfying where the candidate was expected to throw some of the education received at college level.

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
