I got the opportunity through the placement cell of the college. There were written tests for fluency in English, logical sequence, comprehension skills etc. The candidates who were shortlisted from the written test were selected for the 1:1 interview on the same day. The interview was mostly based on writing skills,knowledge about the job they are recruiting for etc. A good percentage of candidate were selected right after the interview. The candidate who are selected will have to undergo a training for three months, by the end of which the final selection process will be carried out.
