      Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Cognizant (Mysore) em fev. de 2014

      Entrevista

      The interview process was very well structured and consisted of only 3 rounds. We were first subjected to a written test which consisted of 2 sections- logical and reasoning ability(general aptitude) and verbal ability. each section consisted of 30 questions and the time limit was 30min. it was an online test. The questions were quite easy. you can find the type of questions very easily on google. i completed the paper 15 min before the given time. the results of the first round were mailed to us the same day. our interview rounds were scheduled after 3 days of the written test. There were 2 rounds of interview- Technical and HR. i was very nervous before entering the interview hall. The interviewer was a very charming person. He asked me some basic questions about me and what i know about the company. Then the actual interview started. Since i'm an Electronics and Communications student, he asked me questions only on C, c++ and java. All were very easy and fundamental questions. he didnt ask anything in depth. then he asked me my favourite subjects. i mentioned 2 subjects from my stream. He asked a few questions on those particular subjects. If you dont know any subject, please let them know the subjects of your interest. They will ask you questions only on those subjects. make it a point to ask atleast one or two questions in the end. I happened to answer all the questions correctly(lucky me). i was made to wait for the HR round for around an hour. The HR round was comparatively tricky and tough. It was more like a stress interview. Dont lose confidence and smile from time to time. make them feel that you can manage stress. a few impressive answers and you are through. the results of the HR round was mailed to us the next day. I was selected and i had expected it. on the interview day we were made to wait(we were actually standing) from 9am to 5pm. it was 6pm when i walked out of the HR room. jus answer frankly. Dont lie at any cost.

      It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
