I applied to cognizant tech solutions(cts) through a campus recruitment drive. First round was aptitude test it was only on mathematical aptitude. they shortlisted a few candidates for the next round.the next round was technical interview. here people were so amicable. I was asked about few questions from digital electronics (ECE) mainly flipflops and few questions about my final year project. once they asked me a question for which I dont know the answer but then i said something and he caught me while I was debating with him. then I quickly realised my mistake and admitted I was wrong he then smiled and gave me another chance such friendly they were. They again shortlisted few candidates for the next round which was an HR round even this went so cool.
The interview was primarily technical, concentrating on C#, .NET, SQL, and API concepts. Questions tested understanding of core principles and practical application. The process was straightforward, professional, and focused on technical depth.

I applied online and got a calll back, had 4 rounds in total. first was a behavioral phone call just casual talks about your skills and when can you start working and general questions, then two coding rounds in hackerrank - was asked to code in java although the job was for python and finally HR.

3 rounds of interviews with a technical interview. The technical interview involved questions on Java and sql. They were mildly difficult. The first 2 rounds were not so difficult, lots of situational judgement questions
