Recruiter call, then take home online assessment, then hiring manager.
The take home online assessment was a waste of time. Any company who provides that should be banned. They exploit the time for the interviewee. Even though it was a medium level problem, they shouldn't test someone with take home assessment, as with chatgpt anyone is a programmer nowadays.
After passing the take home assessment there was the hiring manager round. The hiring manager was extremely incompetent in terms of technical knowledge. I don't know how he managed to get that job.
I felt like they already hired for that position and just wanted to waste time.

Entrevista
Applied online. Had an initial phone call. The interviewer asked about my background and the interviewer
went through the overview of what Cohere Health does. After the call, I was asked about the availability for the next step. I provided my availability and never heard back since then. What was unfortunate was the attitude of the interviewer on the phone call and the email. Talk very short and have some grumpy attitude. Be respectful to your potential employees.
