Scheduled for an interview at 10am, arrived at 9.45am and waited for the store manager to come as his shift starts at 10am. When he arrived, he asked for my name and promptly ask me to follow him to the drinks section in the fridge and asked a few questions, more like a get to know you questions, and the overall "interview" only lasted 2 minutes. Not sure why I got rejected as I catered to every requirements he needs and immediately sent a rejection email 2 hours after the interview
