There was a phone screening with standard behavioral questions, then a second in-person interview. The interviewer was very friendly and shared a great deal about his/her experience at the company and why s/he liked it. Second interview focused on walking through your resume and past experiences and some questions about your knowledge on real estate. Through the interview process, the interviewer further explained in detail what the position entails. I was somewhat disappointed that the position was marketed to seem more analytical, technical, and stats related, but really was about basic real estate research on numbers and prices. The interviewer also gave off the impression that he/she knew that I wasn't going to be a good fit, but scheduled a 2nd interview anyway because my background was "interesting". No call backs even though they promised to give me a word about final decision.
