It was embarrassingly unprofessional. The VP of the company spent the entire time selling me on why i should work for his new start up and didnt even focus on my answers to the few questions he asked me about myself. He was more concerned with his powerpoint he wanted me to see then finding out if i was a suitable candidate, He went entirely off my previous experiences for his reasoning of hiring me. He didnt get back with me because he was more concerned about finding new locations then setting an interview. After the first interview i had to touch base with him 2 times before i could get an answer on if i was hired or if i needed to look elsewhere. He eventually brought me on after trying to low ball me twice on a salary offer.
