Saw a job listing, followed instructions. Youre Made to take a test and then do a design Challenge. This took over 4hrs to complete and in the end, heard nothing back. Emailed the hr email to kindly follow up and still got no response.

I was assigned a design test after applying which is a fake case to test your design skills and thought process when designing. I had to create a mood board and product list for the client. I then had a zoom interview with HR and the Design team which went well. Two days later, I received an offer for the position. The whole process start to finish took about two weeks.
