I initially had a phone interview, which went well. I was then invited to interview in-person. The interview went well and I was told that I would be making it to the next round. However, I found out a week later that they changed their mind and I was not making it to the next round? I'm assuming they filled the position, but it was definitely and odd experience. They were nice about it.

I applied to the job after finding the post for it on linkedin. I was asked what knew about Colony and seemed like they were looking for someone more senior than I at the time. Know the company in and out and follow any news to impress colony.
