It was a transparent and easy process. I was provided with feedback and encouraged to apply again. This is an extremely competitive company to work for, so I understood and appreciated how they professionally handled each interaction.

Brutal process of 8 interviews just to not get the job - they need to have better processes in place to streamline it especially for internal candidates. It should be the same for specific levels.

Recruiter followed up to online application to schedule screening interview. Followed up two days later to schedule an interview with hiring manager. Online 50 min interview then ghosted. Two months later received rejection email.

It took forever to hear from anyone and did not seem to care about me as a person. I was ghosted several times for other positions too or immediately got emails saying I was not qualified (in a matter of seconds) when my background and experience was more than what the role reqs were.
