The interview process was deeply chaotic and revealed glaring management issues at play. There was an initial phone screening, and then two on site interviews, the first being a panel and the latter a 1:1 with the role's direct supervisor. In both on sites, the interviewers were clearly unprepared to conduct the interview and in the case of the 1:1 had no idea they had an interview.

Had several interviews regarding the role. While everyone I met through the process was nice, they all seemed unprepared to interview candidates. Ultimately, the company seemed very poorly organized internally.

Entrevista
It was long winded to say the least. I took a personality test and met with five team members. It was overall a three month process, only for them to ask if I would be open to being a consultant. Many of the team members were lovely and it's an amazing brand, but think they should make some changes in their hiring process.
