Interviewed with 6 different units at one time which was kind of interesting and hard to prepare for. But everyone was very friendly and it was a lot of personality and "name a time when..." questions. A few clinical questions at the end

Email confirming application acceptance, phone call on Monday after applying Saturday night, phone interview, salary expectations, work history. In person interview following Wednesday morning. Managment was very caring and compassionate. Panel interview.

I applied online on their careers website, received a call two days later from the nurse manager, had a zoom interview about a week after that with two nurse managers from the unit I applied for.

Entrevista
Online interview was easy. Waited about 2-3 weeks after the application was "under review" before receiving a call to set up an interview. Everything was fine until I got to the interview, which was an awful experience. It was a panel interview and the hiring managers were extremely unprofessional. They were laughing the whole time and there were long awkward silences where they didn't know who was supposed to be asking me questions. After some of my answers they hinted towards not believing what I was saying or belittling my experiences as a new graduate. It was so embarrassing. Even if I am offered a position here, which I doubt I will be, I will not be taking it soley based on how unprofessional the hiring managers were during my interview.
