Nurse Residency interview was friendly and open. Two separate 6-1 interviews via zoom with managers from all units present. Offer was sent out the same day. You are able to receive multiple offers for different units.

45 minute interview, mostly situational stuff (tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker, you sensed a patient was going downhill, etc). One interview with managers then was called that week with an offer.
