I submitted my resume to the email listed on the CSAC website job listing. I did not hear back for several weeks. I got the sense that there was no organization or comprehensive HR team. I only secured an interview once I spoke to someone I knew there. Once I did that, I received a call the next day for an interview.

I was contacted by a Clinical Director to schedule an interview. Upon arrival I had to complete a lot of paperwork (essentially re-write my resume) before interviewing. Interview was informative about the agency, but not so much information about the role. (Ex: I had to ask the scheduled hours.) Following our conversation, I met briefly with Director (?) and then received a tour of facility. I was not interested in the position following this, so I can't comment on their process beyond this point.
