I attended three 1-on-1 virtual interviews, I was asked to complete two writing assignments and I ask had an interview that required a prepared presentation that I presented to the majority of staff. Additionally, I was asked to meet last minute to answer any questions/concerns my direct peers might have. After spending over nearly 2 months in the interview process, I never heard back from them. I spent a good amount of time preparing for this position and it felt very unprofessional never to get a response, even after I sent a follow-up email.
