Had to submit application packet with essay. Phone Interview 1st, then brought into office. I was asked to complete five pages of perfection/accuracy exercises that took roughly 20-30 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes, then spoke to owner for 10-15 minutes. Afterward, I was handed a lap top and was asked to do several tasks, including graphs, cost analysis, form creation and letter writing. Owner did not wait around for me to finish, but rather turned in results to IT person. I followed up with Thank You cards, but never got a courtesy call to let me know if/when they filled position.
