Give them simple answers, actually as simple as possible because the interviewer who sat with me he said that he's unable to understand all the technical words i'm using althoughtall my answers are absolutely correct and also he thinks that i'm overqualified for this company and he doesnt think that i would be able to adjust under his supervision in their organisation. therefore i would prefer that if you are going for a job in this company then choose "Software Testing" not "Development".
