The interview process was pleasant. I truly enjoyed speaking with a few team members in different positions across the company. I also am a huge fan of the companies business model, which allows employees to experience working for different companies within the greater tech industry. Unfortunately the compensation is pretty far below the current market norm. Although I could have seen myself enjoying the experience, I could not justify the difference in salary.
